Suspected drunken driver facing charges after double-fatal crash

AirLife flew one of the children and an ambulance took two others to University Hospital. All are expected survive.

The Sheriff's Office hasn't yet released the names of the dead man and woman.

Deputies said the drunken driving suspect, Justin Fey, and the other vehicle crashed head-on just north of FM 1346. They said one person died at the scene and the other died during transport by an AirLife helicopter.

The medical examiner hasn't yet released the names of the dead man and woman. The office said they were trying to locate the victim’s family in Mexico.

Fey is a civilian member of the 502nd Security Forces Squadron based at JBSA-Fort Sam Houston, JBSA spokesman Todd White said.
