Rollover on U.S. 281 snarls traffic just north of downtown

Police said a man had been travelling north on U.S. 281 around 9:20 a.m. when one of his tires blew out just north of Mulberry Street near downtown. The white SUV began to spin and slammed into a concrete median and came to rest in the northbound lanes.
