One man killed and one woman injured in car crash at Loop 1604 and Old Hausman Road in San Antonio, Texas

SAN ANTONIO — A man is dead after another driver crossed the median and collided head on with his car Sunday afternoon in far Northwest San Antonio. One dead, another in critical condition after crash in Northwest San Antonio A car crossed the median at Loop 1604 and Old Hausman Road and hit another vehicle head on. San Antonio police said the driver of a Dodge Caravan was headed southbound in the 84000 block of Loop 1604 around 2:30 p.m. Several people tried to perform CPR on the man but he was pronounced dead at the scene, Greene said. Greene said her condition is critical and that she is in the intensive care unit.
