Navasota Street and Hackberry

Jordan Marecek was driving her moped at the intersection of Navasota Street and Hackberry when witnesses say she hit an exposed water pipe and flew over the moped's handlebars. She suffered broken bones in her face and ribs, as well as other injuries.
