10 crashes, one involving 20 vehicles, reported on the icy I-35/S.H. 35 connecting ramp in Travis-Austin County.

An icy ramp caused problems for drivers on Tuesday.

More than 10 crashes were reported on the ramp connecting Interstate 35 south and State Highway 45. One of those crashes involved 20 vehicles, police said. No one was injured.

Officers put up barricades as they waited for TxDOT trucks to arrive. Crews had to spread de-icer on potential problem areas before opening the ramp back up.
