A 19-year-old woman was killed in a single-vehicle accident Monday afternoon on Texas 121 in Hurst, officials said. The driver, identified by the Tarrant County Medical Examiner’s Office as Audrey Marie Johnson, of Euless, was pronounced dead about 3:50 p.m. in the emergency room at Baylor Scott & White Medical Center in Grapevine.
