Preliminary DPS reports indicate that Huggins was Westbound when his 2010 Harley-Davidson motorcycle crossed the center line and collided with a Ford Explorer SUV driven by Elizabeth Shafer of Sulphur Springs. The preliminary report also shows that it is believed Huggins was not wearing a helmet.
