One dead after ambulance, truck crash into car on the Northeast Side
An ambulance was among three vehicles involved in a crash Thursday night that left one man dead on the Northeast Side.

Ross Goveia was driving his car on Rittiman Road when he was struck by both a truck and an ambulance when he attempted a left turn across westbound lanes. He was transported to a local medical center in critical condtion, and was soon after pronounced dead.
