This 82 year old woman Helen C. Anderson should be charged on Homicide by Vehicle for killing my wife Pamela S. jimenez on May 18, 2015 and I believe Helen C. Anderson was driving erratically and I also believe she pusposely drive right in front of Pamela, The reason I make this statement is because  the photos that I recieved from the Romeoville Police shows that Helen C. Anderson turned in front of Pamela which caused Pamela to hit on Helen  right front fender which this is called Involuntary Manslaughter. this was fatal and financially she should pay for what she took from me and her grandson.
