Binghamton, NYA fatal crash occurred in Afton Friday morning. Christopher Polomcean, 28, of Deposit, died around 9 a.m. when the pickup truck he was a passenger in crashed off of East Afton Road. Joshua Seaufert, 33, was driving when the vehicle drifted off the shoulder. He over-corrected and then crashed into a tree.
