A 29-year-old motorist was arrested on several felony charges after Cattaraugus County sheriff’s deputies investigated a report of a pickup truck being driven without its headlights on in the Town of Allegany. Deputies were dispatched at about 2 a.m. Tuesday to Buffalo Road, where the pickup had pulled over after it was seen driving along Smith Hollow Road. The vehicle had substantial front end damage and a broken windshield, and deputies said they found that a road sign had been knocked over and a tree damaged on Smith Hollow Road.
