Denver, COA pickup ran a stop sign on Highway 14 and was struck by a semi carrying a load of logs. Brandy and Paradise Yates were in the truck at the time of the crash and both died at the scene. Devin Robbins was taken to the Northern Colorado Medical Center with serious injuries.

Denver, COA crash between a tractor-trailer and pickup left two people dead and one person injured. The wreck occurred just after 5 p.m. on Highway 14 at Weld County Road 31 west of Ault. The driver of the semi truck was not injured.
