Two people were killed and six others, including several minors, were injured in a crash that took place around 3 p.m. on Harlem Avenue. According to witnesses, a vehicle driven by an elderly man crossed the centerline and struck a van driven by a 17-year-old with five other teenagers in the car. The man and an elderly woman in the car both died at the scene. The six youths were taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center for treatment.
