On Sunday evening, 19-year-old Dilbar Noory of Woodbridge was driving south on Lee Chapel Road in a 2004 Honda Accord when she lost control of the vehicle and crossed into oncoming lanes of traffic, where she hit a 2012 Infiniti EX35. Her car then hit a 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee before coming to a stop. Noory was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver and a passenger in the Infiniti and the driver of the Grand Cherokee were brought to area hospitals for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries. Speed was apparently a factor.
