Benjamin S. McDonald,19, crashed at high-speed into a semi driven by Phillip J. Koski, 65, near mile post 13 on Highway 14 in Camas, WA. McDonald was trying to pass Koski's semi trailer in the left lane, but lost control, hit the guardrail and overcorrected back into the right lane where he struck Koski's truck.
