Jeanne Armstrong, 79, dead, and David Yarinich, 22, charged with DUI after head-on collision on Kasson Road in Camillus, New York

David Yarinich was driving erratically on Kasson Road when he veered into oncoming traffic and struck another vehicle head-on. The driver of the other vehicle, Jeanne Armstrong, 79, was pronounced dead at the scene. Yarinich suffered a broken ankle in the crash and was taken to Upstate University Hospital for treatment. Yarinich was charged with DUI, and additional charges are pending. He did not have a New York State drivers license.
