Three people were critically hurt by a hit-and-run driver Sunday night in the West Ridge neighborhood on the North Side. The three were crossing in the 2500 block of West Devon Avenue when a car traveling west hit them about 8:35 p.m., a police News Affairs Officer said. The male driver fled west on Devon before turning south on Maplewood Avenue, where he struck a parked Honda Odyssey, police said.
