A man apparently parked his car on the should and walked into traffic on I-71 near the mile 10 mile marker and Red Bank Road where he was struck and killed by a cement truck. The road was closed for over two hours while police investigated. No one else was injured in the accident, and officials do not believe speed or alcohol were contributing factors.
