A pedestrian was struck and killed after being hit by two vehicles in the West End Tuesday night, police said. Police were sent to the 2100 block of Central Parkway shortly before 6:00 p.m. According to police, Pamela Barnett, 60, was initially struck by a car driven by Hamilton County Judge Patrick Dinkelacker. She was then thrown into an oncoming lane of traffic and hit a second time by a car driven by Grace Ling, 32. Ling and Dinkelacker were wearing their seat belts, according to police. Police said speed and alcohol are not factors in the incident.
