New York, NYJoseph Ferriso, 19, was driving his 2014 Jeep SUV when the vehicle veered off the left side of Great Neck Road in Copiague on Long Island, slamming into the tree. Ferriso was brought to the hospital in serious condition and died from his injuries on Saturday. Ferriso was a sophomore at Hofstra University, where he played defense on the lacrosse team.
