Joshua Kopp, 16, dies after crashing pickup into tree while allegedly OWI on Vilas Hope Road near County Road BB in Cottage Grove, Wisconsin; Joseph W. Jobe, 23, later arrested on suspicion of giving alcohol to minors

Joshua Kopp of McFarland was consuming alcohol on January 31st, 2014, before he crashed his pickup truck into a tree on Vilas Hope Road near County Road BB. The Dane County Sheriff's Office says that Kopp’s cellphone records indicate that Joseph W. Jobe of Cottage Grove supplied Kopp and other minors with alcohol the night of the crash, and Jobe was arrested on February 19th, 2015.
