Columbus, OHBennet Matthew Gooding, 21, died Tuesday afternoon following a single-car crash that ejected him from the vehicle. His passenger, Jennica Megan O’Reilly, 22, was taken to the Ohio Health Riverside Methodist Hospital with non life-threatening injuries. The incident occured in Delaware, Ohio around 1:45 p.m. October 14. Gooding was driving east on Kingsbury Road when his Scion crossed the northbound lane and flipped in a yard. Gooding was not wearing a seatbelt, but O'Reilly was.

Columbus, OHThe Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating a triple fatal crash that occurred on state Route 229 in Delaware County Sunday evening.
Troopers responded to S.R. 229, just east of Horseshoe Road, at about 6:18 p.m. on a report of a crash.
According to OSHP, 33-year-old James Wyatt III, of Marion, was driving a 2004 Chrysler Sebring east on S.R. 229 when he lost control of the vehicle. The vehicle traveled off the right side of the roadway and crashed into a tree.
Wyatt was killed in the crash and was pronounced dead at the scene, according to troopers.
