Abigail Zukowski was walking near the intersection of 6th and Chestnut streets in Emmaus at approximately 4 p.m. when she was hit by a vehicle passing by. Zukowski was transported to Lehigh Valley Hospital, Cedar Crest where she died from her injuries. The accident is being investigated and no charges have been filed against the driver.
