A fatal accident closed all westbound lanes of I-70 near West Florissant to close at around 7:00 a.m. Thursday near the West Florissant entrance ramp. According to police, it appears a vehicle driven by Melva Ross, 44, ran off the overpass and overturned on top of her, killing her. Snow-covered roads were apparently a factor.
