A car that was trailing a boat was allegedly speeding to the south on U.S. 31 when they collided with the rear of another southbound car. The driver of car with the boat, identified as a 35-year-old man, along with a 3-year-old passenger, both sustained head-injuries. An adult passenger and a 6-year-old that were also in that car sustained more minor injuries.
