Thursday, January 30, 2014A woman who was killed in a car crash on Interstate 385 was identified today as 22-year-old Lauren Nicole Kohlmorgen, said the Greenville County Coroner.
The wreck happened at 11:50 p.m. Friday when Kohlmorgen, driving south in a 2004 Nissan Altima, was trying to make a lane change and hit a 2006 Ford near the Woodruff Road exit, said the state Highway Patrol.
She was thrown from the car and died at the scene.
The man driving the Ford was not injured, Evans said.
