Saturday, February 8, 2014The Pickens County coroner's office has identified a man killed in a wreck Sunday morning.
The crash happened along Highway 183 and Sunset Drive.
The coroner's office says 83-year-old Joel Edward Allgood died at Greenville Memorial Hospital after the crash.
The wreck remains under investigation by the South Carolina Highway Patrol.
