15-year-old bicyclist seriously injured after colliding with truck in Lancaster, Pennsylvania

The teen was riding his bike on the sidewalk of W. King St. when he collided with the back of a truck. He was then thrown from his bike and landed on the roadway wher he sustained considerable injuries. He is listed in critical but stable condition.
