Kansas City, MOIcy road conditions caused more than a dozen drivers to crash in an accident on the Quivira Bridge. The road was so difficult to pass that responders had a hard time moving around the scene. Two people were hospitalized with minor injuries. Details surrounding the accident not yet released.

Minneapolis-St. Paul, MNA fatal accident happened about 5:50 a.m. Tuesday northwest of Faribault, when a car slid on icy Hwy. 21 into the path of another car heading in the opposite direction. Killed were the driver of the out-of-control car, Abdirahman Abdi, 35, of Noel, Mo., and one of his two passengers, Said I. Abdi, 34, of Kansas City, Mo. Another passenger, Rahma B. Ibrahim, 24, of Schuyler, Neb., was being treated at North Memorial Medical Center for serious injuries. The driver of the other car, Justin T. Francis, 37, of St. Peter, Minn., was not injured. The car from Missouri was heading west on Hwy.

Kansas City, MOThe icy roads are being blamed for a crash that killed an unidentified man in Kansas City, North. The man died shortly before 4 p.m. in a one-vehicle accident near the intersection of Missouri 152 and North Indiana Avenue. Police said they would not identify the driver until they had notified his family.

Kansas City, MOOne person was killed in a rollover crash on westbound Interstate 435 at State Line Sunday night.
The vehicle rolled down an embankment, causing critical injuries to the victim. Police stated that the victim died at an area hospital.
Icy roads may have been a factor, according to authorities.
Police are continuing to advise drivers to slow down and use caution after several crashes around the metro over the weekend.
