Minneapolis-St. Paul, MNA man killed in a crash that shut down part of westbound Highway 55 at Lexington Avenue in Mendota Heights has been identified.
According to the Minnesota State Patrol, Kevin Hough, 55, of Farmington was killed when he was hit by 53-year-old Gary Ferm of Bloomington, who was eastbound on Hwy. 55. Ferm's vehicle veered into the westbound lanes and hit Hough.
Ferm suffered non-life threatening injuries, the state patrol said.
Roads were dry at the time.
