Michael Walter, 56, from Odessa, was killed Friday morning after a crash near Moses Lake on North Frontage Road East when he failed to stop at Road N and was struck by a tractor trailer driven by James Rivera, 33. Walter was transported to Confluence Health-Central Washington Hospital in Wenatchee where he was pronounced deceased.
