Scott R. Bliss, 44, was seriously injured when his Harley-Davidson collided with a dump truck on the Harrison Avenue northbound onramp to Interstate 5 in Centralia. The cause of the crash is under investigation.

Police are investigating a crash in S. Fairmount.

Police were sent to the 1900 block of Harrison Avenue around 7 p.m. Wednesday.

Police said three 19-year-olds were speeding up Harrison Hill when the driver lost control.

The vehicle then hit a curb and went into the path of a USPS truck on the opposite side of the road.

According to police, the back-seat passenger, Terry Feagin III, had to be cut out of the vehicle and was taken to UC Medical Center with life-threatening injuries. He is listed in critical but stable condition.
