6 students suffer minor injuries after their Elementary School bus crashes down a embankment on Boddie Mill Pond Road in Nashville, North Carolina

The North Carolina Highway Patrol says eight students were on a bus headed to Nashville Elementary School when it overturned around 7:30 Wednesday morning. It happened on Boddie Mill Pond Road a mile west of NC-58 in Nash County. Troopers said the bus driver reported he had problems with the vehicle's steering system and he could not keep it under control. The bus went down an embankment and overturned in a ravine.
