Chicago, ILRobert Lockamy was driving a Jeep eastbound on US-12 when a 16-year-old driving a 2004 Volkswagen pulled out in front of him. The Volkswagen was exiting U-31 and turning onto westbound US-12, and took a direct hit on the driver's side door. The teen's mother was a passenger at the time of the crash. All three people were taken to the hospital after the crash. Lockamy was released a few hours later. The condition of the 16-year-old and his mother have not been released.
