Rose Marie Dawson-Haislit, 53, of Ocala, has been upgraded to serious condition at Ocala Regional Medical Center after arriving Oct. 10th, 2014 in critical condition following a crash in which her DHL truck lost control, crossed the median of Southeast 32nd Street, and collided with Christopher James O'Brian, 33, who was driving a Sherwin Williams box truck. O'Brian was treated for minor injuries and released.
