The Utah Highway Patrol says a roll over crash happened on Interstate-15 near Parowan Friday afternoon. A southbound vehicle blew a rear tire and it rolled off the highway. The vehicle came to rest on it's side. The 36-year-old male driver was uninjured in the crash, but his wife was pinned in the Ford Expedition and she had to be freed by the fire department. The woman sustained some moderate injuries in the crash, according to a UHP press release. Three children were also in the car and they were treated and released from a local hospital in Cedar City.
