Holly D. Musgraves, 26, dead after her vehicle slides on icy Illinois 145 and rolls off roadway in Pankeyville, IL

Musgraves was traveling north on Illinois 145 when her vehicle lost traction on a patch of ice, departed the roadway, and rolled. By 6:00am, she was pronounced dead by the coroner's office.
