The victim, Jason Smith, 36, left behind a wife and two daughters, ages six and 15. Smith died Thursday evening after being hit by a speeding truck near Road 36 and Sylvester in Pasco.A Gofundme account has been set up to help Smith's family. Pasco police are working to locate the suspect in the hit-and-run crash.
