Tampa-St. Petersburg, FLA 16-year-old, Lexi Lambert stopped at a red light then, for an unknown reason, went to the middle of the intersection while the light was red. Two motorcycles then collided with her standing car and ejected both riders. The 36-year-old motorist Casey Hahn, who was not wearing a helmet died at the hospital. Other motorist, 35-year-old Michael Kerr is expected to recover. No other information is released at the time.
