Michael Burns killed in hit-and-run collision at Indian Ave and Cedar Street in Rossville, Tennessee; police ask for public's help

Police are searching for the suspected driver of a deadly hit-and-run crash that happened in Rossville over the weekend. A man in an electric wheelchair was killed by a driver at the intersection of Indian Ave and Cedar St. Michael Burns was pronounced deceased at the crash site.
