Minneapolis-St. Paul, MNAuthorities have Holly Hoglund Klein, 44, as the driver who was killed in a multi-vehicle collision Tuesday on Interstate 94 just west of Hasty, after a semi truck collided with several vehicles. At least two other drivers suffered injuries. Road conditions were icy at the time of the accident.

Milwaukee, WIA bus driver endured a medical emergency, resulting in a 55-passenger bus to go off the road late Saturday night on Interstate 94 near Kenosha. A passenger on the bus took the steering wheel and stopped the southbound bus around 11:30 p.m.. Eleven people sustained minor injuries and were expected to be fine.

Minneapolis-St. Paul, MNAccording to the Wisconsin State Patrol, Dana Marvin Salisbury of Pengilly, Minnesota was driving a semi-trailer on I-94 near Menomonie when the eastbound truck traveled into the right shoulder and struck a guardrail and jersey barriers before coming to rest in the eastbound right lane. Salisbury was pronounced dead at the scene, and the crash remains under investigation.

Chicago, ILA tire that flew off an SUV bounced across an interstate highway in Chicago and slammed into a car, causing an accident that killed its driver.
The Illinois State Police says the accident took place Wednesday morning along Interstate 94 on Chicago's South Side. Police identified the victim as 64-year-old Jovanka Mijatov of Schererville, Indiana.
The tire came off an SUV in the southbound lanes, then bounced into the northbound lanes and struck the car.
The car's driver was taken to a hospital, where she was pronounced dead.
