A man has been charged with DUI after his vehicle crashed into a motorcyclist and dragged the motorcycle down city streets. Luis Perez, 49, of St. Petersburg, initially struck a car on 30th Avenue North around 8:45 p.m. Thursday. Perez fled from that collision at high speed heading westbound on 30th Ave. N, where he struck the motorcycle, driven by 37-year-old Alexander Galindo. The motorcycle became wedged under the truck.
