A man who was killed Friday has been identified as Dennis Dunham, 61, of Texas. He died after an accident involving a delivery tractor-trailer in the parking lot of Dollar General near U.S. 59 in Sallisaw about 10:52 a.m. Friday.. Roy Thompson, 32, was the driver of the tractor-trailer with Belle Point Beverages out of Fort Smith. Dunham was pronounced deceased at the crash site.
