A pedestrian was struck and killed in a hit-and-run collision in South San Jose early Wednesday morning. San Jose police said the incident occurred at about 1:55 a.m., in the area of East Capitol Expressway and Seven Trees Boulevard. “At about 1:55 this morning, we received a call from a citizen who advised us that there was a pedestrian who appeared to have been hit by a vehicle in the roadway,” said San Jose Police Lt. Tommy Troy. “At this point, we don’t have a vehicle description, but it is obviously a hit-and-run.”
