Police attempted to pull over a group of four speeding motorcyclists that consisted of Dailey, Scott R. Henry, 34, Ricky W. Jenks, 37, and one other person, but the group did not stop and sped up even further. Eventually Dailey lost control and was thrown from his motorcycle, sustaining critical injuries.
