Saturday, March 21, 2015A 30-year-old Yakima man was killed after his vehicle collided with a tree in Terrace Heights early Saturday evening. Justin D. Winters was traveling on Keys Road at about 5:45 p.m. when his Ford Contour exited the road at Terrace Heights Drive and crashed into a tree. Winters was transported to Yakima Regional Medical and Cardiac Center where he was pronounced deceased.
