A motorcycle driver sustained injuries after hitting a police cruiser on Interstate 295 near the Pritchard Road exit in Jacksonville, Florida. The off-duty officer, who slowed to help a motorist on the shoulder, was then struck by the motorcyclist. The crash is under investigation. The motorcyclist's injuries are not life threatening.
