Wednesday, October 14, 2015The crash happened around 6:00 p.m. Wednesday on Sandstone Mountain when a vehicle driven by 44-year-old Wesley C. Lester of Benton collided with another vehicle. Both vehicles flipped over an embankment. The second vehicle's driver, 58-year-old Julia F. James was ejected from her vehicle. James, Lester, and a passenger in Lester's vehicle, 45-year-old Brenda L. Lester of Benton, were pronounced deceased at the crash site. A passenger in James' vehicle, 61-year-old Delores M. Facemire was transported to a hospital in Charleston. Her condition is not currently known.

Lexington, KYThe deceased teen was a passenger in a pickup truck traveling with her parents. The mother is listed in critical condition at the University of Kentucky Chandler Hospital and the father sustained serious injuries. The girl was ejected from the vehicle, and it is not clear if she was wearing a seat belt. The crash occurred between a pickup truck and a car with two occupants. Those two people sustained injuries as well. The collision occurred around 7:45 a.m. at mile marker 70 on Interstate 64.

Wednesday, October 1, 2014A man was killed when his pick-up truck struck a guardrail, left the road and crashed on I-64 at Indian River Road, overturning and ejecting driver Patrick E. Manley. He was transported to Norfolk Sentara Hospital where was pronounced dead.
