Katherine Babak, 16, killed and Jeremy Goodrich, 26, Valerie Snyder, 15, and Earlena Couch, 16, injured in head-on accident in Montville Township, Ohio

Jeremy Goodrich was driving an SUV on River Styx road when he crossed the centerline and struck a car containing three teenagers head on. Katherine Babak, 16-years-old and the car's driver, died at the scene. The passengers Valerie Snyder and Earlena Couch were hospitalized in serious condition. The crash is still under investigation and no charges have been filed.
