3 people injured, taken to hospital, after police pursuit leads to head-on crash on the 101 Freeway.

Los Angeles, CAA wrong-way driver traveling at speeds near 100 miles per hour crashed head-on with a family of three, including a two-month-old infant in Van Nuys early Sunday, officials said.
Officers attempted to stop a speeding SUV on the 101 Freeway when the driver exited at Coldwater Canyon, went back on the 101 Freeway and then exited onto the southbound 405 Freeway, California Highway Patrol.
The driver made a u-turn while on the freeway, driving north on the southbound 405 Freeway, officials said. The SUV crashed head on with another SUV, authorities said.
